Is the FBI investigating?

I have been wondering this for a while. I figure alot of pips members are from the USA so the FBI would have an interest in this investigation. They would also be interested if any of this money was being used to fund terrorism. What role does the FBI have in the investigation?

I've lost a lot of respect for him.

If, and that's a big IF, Pips ever does come back and actually gets restructured and able to pay what they owe to the members, how will we know?

I've moved on to bigger and better investments, but there are a lot of hurting people out there who trusted BM. For a while they got a great return on their money. Unfortunately when they started to depend on getting that check, it just very abruptly stopped coming. I never got a dime from my investment/loan with Pips so I'm not in that boat.

My prayers go out to those Marek was talking about in the last thread.

Thats true about what you mention which would not be forgotten nor easily forgiven by a whole LOT more pips acct holders...less the very handful we have still on our Forum who simply have lost their senses with reality and clarity on facts as they come.

For the records, I wish EVERYONE that is visiting and posting and sharing the current disorder and conduct of BM by continuously expressing their undivided faith here for his actions in deception...we will have your posts kept for the records if ever they are requested by those authorities investigating.

We want NO PART to be dragged in or be involved by some apples that continue to disregard the pain and unbearable suffering many are still coping, for the actions BM is responsible for.

Members they are with RC...but their voice is for themselves only which by this caution, is meant to vindicate RC from these handful of die hards... we want nothing to do with these few eggheads that is unprepared to break out of the shell.


To Marek, that's a guy that showed what it takes to carry the burden and responsibility in shouldering any bold decision made as deemed necessary... such men are indeed running short of supply here on the net!!

IMO... IF anyone here is guilty of being "in the shell"(??) and has "lost their senses with reality and clarity on facts" as you state... It IS you and your Master Marek!!!

For months I have read (or attempted to) your ravings and had come to the conclusion that you are, at the best, mentally handicapped, and at the worst a TWO FACED, Self-Important, little "weenie" who just loves to listen to him/herself practice your english by using words that you don't even understand!!!

It IS my opinion that you and your boy Marek have ONLY your interests at heart in all of this and have completely "engineered" or manipulated this whole "new drama" for your own GAIN!!!

not that my opinion counts for much around here, but i would like to say i applaud mr. yogibrood and marek for making the right decision at the right time, particularly since it could spell the end of rc.

don't know how you found the patience to cater so long to such a lousy myth -- perhaps with your endless running circles around others, which was amusing -- but when the "supreme being" showed too many of his real cards, you called his bluff and the rest fell into place like a game of mousetrap.

People have their different points of view but if you REALLY want to know what's up with PIPS, run the silly bank through Google and CALL the nearest branch to you. They have satellite sites in London and in New York.

When I spoke with the office in New York, the individual familiar with PIPS said all were anxious for this to come to a "satisfactory conclusion for all". The investigation, from the beginning, was ludicrous. The nuttiness continued with everyone pointing the finger. Let's keep that finger pointed where it belongs. It DOESN'T MATTER, who says what under a pseudonym or whatever. We would just like to see some sort of resolution from THE BANK ITSELF. THEY got the money! Our money! And they take THEIR sweet time trying to reconcile this matter.

I had posted information earlier as to who to email to at that Bank. I'll see if I can find it or maybe you will if you search these posts. The BANK is keeping track of emails in a database and ALL will be informed FROM THEM when a resolution is achieved. They are, unfortunately, notoriously slow. NOT BRIAN, NOT ANYONE ELSE, HAS CONTROL OVER THIS MESS.

If you want to holler for at least your initial investment back, holler at the BANK. The more we holler at THEM, the quicker they might get with it and get it done. THAT is where the concentration should be; not in an online forum except to impart information as to what to do to speed things are that are EFFECTIVE. The pro's and con's of what was is no longer a point - except that this BANK decided to figure out, from my guess, why THEY weren't getting money for transactions and felt THEY were due money.

Again, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF BRYAN OR JOE BLOW posts whatever. Your money and investment is your responsibility - NOT THEIRS.

In rebuttal to an earlier post, "You risked your money as stated on the website" - okay, I buy that to a point. It said, basically, outside of the whole financial world turning upside down, everything was intact. This was NOT the case although any money invested in anything is a risk.

The "maybe failure" of PIPS had nothing to do with it's principals nor investments. I fully believe it had EVERYTHING to do with a greedy little bank who wanted a cut of the action and seized everything - and takes its sweet time to find fault while the rest of us lost. Of course this was unforeseen by Bryan and everyone else. Who would ever imagine THAT?

Please HOLLER at the Bank. The more and louder we holler, the faster there might be a resolution. To surmise in this forum is fruitless at this point.

WE WOULD JUST LIKE SOME ANSWERS FROM THE BANK!!!!!
