    I think so.
    Gone.
Bryan failed us and all time lied to us.
One day he will pay for everything he did.

I guess it's not hard to be a pimp on the internet, eh? You know, it's like Marek said, if Bryan had wanted to do the only ethically sound and morally sane thing, as far as humanitarian aid was concerned, he would have set up the 10x5, Halotto, etc., to bring aid to the pipsinc membership who have and are in need of such aid. It shows only a severe moral insanity to go the route he chose and is chosing to continue with. He would have had the praise and appreciation of the entire membership at once, not to mention also that he would have made himself appear in a very much better light in the eyes of the investigators at BNM. But moral insanity is moral insanity, so there is really no surprise to his behavior and attitude. The BNM investigators are not likely to be friendly to his behavior in this in the long run.

    Default Bryan's Integrity

You know, there is one thing that strikes me as significant in all of this. If Bryan had set out to scam all of us, it seems to me he would have been smart enough to take the money and run, rather than go through all the pure, unadulterated hell he has gone through. I am not in his head and I am not in direct contact with him, but I personally do not feel that he deliberately set out to cheat anyone. Twice, once in Golden Womb and then again in PIPS I received exactly what was promised because Bryan was in a position to do it. Sure, it would have been great if it could have gone on as projected, but that's water under the bridge.

I agree that Bryan could have handled things differently, but I know from experience that when you are hit hard and the pressure is on, you don't always make the wisest decisions. I personally hope that Bryan brings this through and shows the naysayers and critics what's what.

The bottom line is nobody will know until BNM makes their move! We can speculate until kingdom come, but that doesn't change one thing.

    So we still wait!!

I'm glad for you that you got a payment from goldenwomb; though my group had a large sum invested in it, we never got a cycle payment. Like everyone else, we had all our accounts assumed into pipsinc at half the value of the amount we had put into goldenwomb. That was a huge loss in and of itself. Then we bought many more accounts through the "buymm4" option and let them sit at 100% for four months and then started to withdraw. Unfortunately, the payouts only lasted four months until the December stop. I wish, back then, we had had the accounts set at 60/40, but that, of course, is the old hine-sight is 20/20 thing. Really, though, payouts were very, very brief in the overall picture of the 2% program before they stopped and eventually landed into the interest of BNM. I too look very much forward to BNM's findings and to get a finality of closure.
