Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:



Thank you all once again for your many e-mail messages and telephone calls regarding the massive Solid Investment Ponzi scam. We are sending you this e-mail to give you a brief interim update regarding our efforts to recover on your behalf.



We have continued to press forward with the lawsuit we filed against Solid Investment and its operators. We anticipate having further developments in the lawsuit to report in early September.



As we have explained before, our goal is to obtain a recovery for every victim of this scam. We do need to move forward with the lawsuit, however, and cannot leave the registration process open indefinitely. Therefore, if you have not sent it already, we need to receive your accepted Power of Attorney on or before September 1, 2006. After that date, we will not be able to accept any new clients in this matter, and we will proceed to the next stages on behalf of our existing clients. (If you have sent your Power of Attorney, you do not need to do so again.)



Once again, if you know anyone who was swindled by this scam and has not yet contacted us, you may feel free to give them our contact information so that their claims may be included as well.

I may be fun for lateron, to keep a copy of those messages, for just in case in the end the roles might turn upside down... with SI being legit and just dealing with major problems, and the lawyers not being so correct in their wordings and recruiting anyway...

Yep, I checked on it this morning at 12:12am pst and it said, "Enter
Here". When I clicked on "Enter Here" I got a blip then the cPanel
page. I waited a while to see if a new site would come up, but as you
know nothing yet. However I'm sure this means progress! Very Happy

It takes a while a while for the DNS to be propogated after the IP is
assigned and then we would be able to access the webpage using the SI.com.

I am sure they are not in a hurry to do update the HTML on this site
-- they are finishing the setup and the main HTML and waiting for IP
propogation.

One thing for certain is that the site is now up and they can go live
at any moment.

Guys as we hope for the best can we also face the fact that the worst may be what we have to eventually face. Will you guys wait 12 months? like with PIPS and may be 12 years? Hey read this article as it applies to SI too.
