(Preface: Here is a story of myself about myself. What an ego!! Pretend you are looking over my shoulder reading it. Remember, I am not trying to convince anyone but me.)


(To himself) Alright, Pingman (an obvious alias), I have come up with ideas about why Solid Investment might not be back. Now, I must come with ideas as to why it might.

Now let's see......Where was that article from that other forum? Ah. Here it is.

"...We have to remember that Solid had been running for approximately 6 years privately before coming to the internet. I think much like feederfund, they should have closed down their internet pressence and stayed private. Whenever you open up a business like that worldwide, you are bound to have too many pressures, because you never know who you are really dealing with. SI was the greatest program alive until they made all of us go into their SP. My opinion, for what it is worth, is that SI did not get the returns that they were expecting. If you think logically, why would they strive to improve their website, sign long term deals, communicate really well, and have a good track record just to skip out now?

Before investing in SI, I did my DD and things looked good. ...We did our intelligence work and they checked out. Something just doesn't add up? Sometimes in these situations, we just have to exercise patience. I think that is what we should do for SI. Give it a bit more time. If Collins, Sosa and SI admin are smart enough to run SI all of this time, I am sure they can get an email off soon when things tone down a bit and we can keep right on rollin!..."

There are some good ideas in this message. Let me see if I can boil them down into more concise points. I've have to convince myself to be brave here and not make wild charges.


If Solid Investment has signed long term agreements to generate income, why would it turn its back on them now when it has not it before?

If SI has such a good track record up to this time, what would be the point of destroying it now?

Why would SI try to improve their web site if they were going to take a powder?

During this server outage, why didn't SI send its investors an Email explaining why? Let's see...would I believe any Email message from SI that did not have SI's Email header on it. No, I would not. Maybe this is why they didn't send anything.

Is only having a registered agent and a mail drop in Belieze a danger signal that SI had plans to secretly shut down operations and disappear with my money? No. Many people have registered agents and mail drops in other states and nations. They mainly do this for tax saving purposes. Does Belize have a very generous policy regarding taxation. Yes, it does, if the foreigner sets up a corporation inside its jurisdiction.

Has SI set up a corporation inside the jurisdiction of Belize. Yes. Jungle Ventures, Ltd.

Is Solid Investment the company's real name. No. It's real name is Jungle Ventures, Ltd., a shelf company purchased from its registered agent in Belize. Solid Investment is its Internet Doing Business As (DBA) name. Did SI explain this on their web site before it went down? Yes.
If SI was not going to return, why would the spend the funds re-routing their server path to a more secure and wider pipeline?

Did SI say that they had been the victim of hackers and DDoS attacks? Yes...they did.

Did SI warn its investors that it was going to take their Internet site down for repairs? Yes. Rafael Sosa left a message on Ecurrency Forum a few days before the server went down.

Has this type of Internet server outage happened to some other Internet programs and did they ever come back? Yes. PIPS and Reality Millions. Well, that gives me confidence that this has happened before. Maybe it will happen again with SI.

Did PIPS warn its investors that it was going to take its Internet server down before its outage? No, it did not. Did PIPS communicate with its investors during the outage? No, it did not. Did PIPS tell its investors that its Internet site was about to come on line again? No. It popped up without warning. Does this seem to be a common practice with Internet companies? Yes.

SI's servers went down in the middle of the day on Saturday, July 8, Pacific Daylight Time, five working days into the payout period. If they had planned to sneak away, why didn't they do it by the end of June before they had to pay investors? Why not keep this money for themselves?

If they had secretly planned to run away, why did they go to the time and expense of developing payout software that they knew they would never use?

Is SI a small, sleazy, thieving Internet surfing company that could disappear at the drop of a hat? No. SI has commitments all over the world that they must fulfill. If they do not meet these commitments, could the international financial powers get sanctions against them? Yes. Could the leaders of SI possibly be assassinated? Yes. You don't mess around with some of the money sources in the Middle East and the Far East. These guys mean business when they get stiffed. Would I want to be in this position? No. Would the management of SI want to be in this position? Probably no.

Solid Investment has been running successfully for six years. Why would they disappear now?

I've got to do some theoretical number crunching here. Let's see....after paying off their investors, Solid Investment might have about two hundred million dollars left over. A respectful sum. They said they wanted to continue SI until October of 2011. That's over five years. If they continue to compound their earnings for the next five years, let's see....WOW!!...that might be over two billion dollars. If they might be generating that kind of money in the future, why would they disappear now? I certainly wouldn't.

The time frame for the server outages for both PIPS and Reality Millions was about four and one half weeks. Hummm...four and an half weeks is about 31 days. SI went off line on July 8. If we extend the PIPS and Reality Millions time frame to SI, it might return sometime around Saturday, August 19, give or take a few days one way or the other. This depends on how much work SI has to do on their new system, how much difficulty they run into, and on the training and efficiency of their technicians. Setting up its own server, and getting their server to communicate with the DDoS software at the proxy site, which sometimes can be very tricky, might take this long. Yes...that looks about right. Must be patient, here.

Wow...this makes me feel better. Now, maybe I can get a good night's sleep for a change.

Now we need our money back

that's what we are looking for and don't want any thing else

time to move on and our lawyer said with in 35 to 60 days we will get back our funds

for me, I think SI is gone... but if SI come back....well!... we are lucky...

What if I could show you how to make $25 in 8 to 12 minutes, over and over again, sitting at home in your pajamas... would you be excited?
Guys and gals I am one who has lost big time in PIPS. Yes very, Very big! I lost in Si too. But $600 is all I invested this time but that's gone too. I flushed it down the SI toilet. Not as painful as in the former but still not to sneeze at.

I love all the positive talk I read here about both programs but unfortunately these do not put food on the table. So late last week I made a decision that from now on I'll be looking out for myself and no more of HYIP's to make others rich. And last weekend I scraped together $34.95 and bought into a program that I had researched.

This is not invest-and-forget-about-it. It promised employment at home if you have an internet conection. After doing DD I realised that since I have a few hours a week free and an internet connection why not go for it. I am glad to report friends that I have a winner here. This is especially interesting for someone who thinks that $500 is a lot of money doing part-time work.

Your earnings are within your control and the beauty of it all is that you can be in any part of the world and earning a full-time income if you choose. It is the best program that I have ever seen on the Internet. You are in control. After just 3 days I've earned my money back and some with my time.

What will happen is probably what happened with PIPS and Reality Millions. The SI site may just pop back into life someday, without any warning. Having some advance warning might be a good thing.

I like your rational thinking pingman. I also feel that way about SI's "temporary" disappearance. As for the ecurrency forum staying up during this changeover...if you look at all of the negative posts in here and elsewhere (other forums), I could only imagine how horrific it would be on the main forum for SI. I believe it was a good idea for the forum to go down.

As for emailing or posting about the down time for the website, again you can imagine the scepticism from everyone when they would look at the header from the email stating that it was NOT from the new SI server, everyone would be shouting "This is bull crap...it's not even from SI...we can't believe the email."

Since we are going private, they don't need to worry about negative publicity, but these trying times will certainly show admin who is truly behind SI and who is willing to attempt to crush them.

I believe we should wait and let the IT people get the site up and functioning.

Everyone seems to be missing the most obvious reason for not telegraphing their strategy. SECURITY. If they lay out all of their plans, their enemies, who are at this time totaly in the dark as to what SI's plans are, would be attacking at every turn.

Since they know no more than the average member, there is nothing they can do except attempt to discredit SI. When SI emerges as a private program, the enemy will not know where they went unless the members tell them.

Another reason for being quiet about their plans, they can see who are trying to destroy them and take the necessary precautions to make sure that said enemies are also made ineffective in their attempts.

I know that I wouldn't want to keep members who were trying to make sure that my program did not succeed just fopr selfish reasons. Too many needy people would be losing too much, and most of all their dreams if SI fails.

You certainly help me to feel better. I have not filed yet for compensation from the attorneys, because I know how that works, everything for them, nothing for us.

I too have faith that Solid will return. I keep reading over and over again, "Do not invest more than you can afford to lose." That is very wise, of course, but some of us are not in the position to make that choice. I invested because I could not afford not to. Challenges in life have made our financial affairs very very difficult. Adding to that difficulty, are big losses in other failed programs, major health issues, especially, those of my husband. Naturally, we are devasted beyond imagination, because we DID have faith in Solid. WE STILL DO. I, like Pingman have gone over and over the details, prior to and since the take down of the servers. I, realize that anyone can tell you anything on the net, and make it very believable, but I just can't imagine why they would go to such lengths to create a screen, when it would have been so much easier to just simply disappear.
Hopefully, we'll know one day very soon, some of these answers.
But, I do appreciate Pingman,s and some of the other more rational thinker's, posts. After sifting and sorting through so much raunch and sleze, of the forum, it is like coming into a ray of sunshine. At least that part has restored my faith in humaity. There are still very, very, good people on this earth, and for that I am grateful.
Let's hope for the very best in regards to Solid. I am still hoping and praying for our own personal benefit that it will return, and also for the benefit of all the deserving people out there, that need the promised returns of Solid so very desperately. I hope we'll all be smiling soon, irregardless, of need or desire.

Pinetree, I have said before. Bless your crusade! I am very disilllusioned after spending 7 months promoting the SI program, and having R Sosa Make Promises that He could not keep. I Lost exactly $11,648.33 It was needed badly for medical expense payoffs and, an opportunity to PAY OFF all my bills. I spent many Hours promoting even taking myself away from my family for hours at a time. When It became time to Fullfilling SIs Obligation They decide to Beg off for 5 more DAYS . When the five Days were up, NOT a soul came to us, and said "OH we are having problems Can you wait Another Month?" No! all they did was remain silent, and left ALL OF THE MEMBERS to speculate, and argue with each other. Where ARE they?, and What happened to the Monies OWED to all Members Who Put their Trust into them to run a PRIVATE program( DAMN PRIVATE I WOULD SAY) so private Knowone can contact them, and not A single PERSON ,YOU INCLUDED, CAN access the "PRIVATE SITE" If there are "SPECULATED "Problems with servers, and IPs, and every other thing associated with going Private, Then In all Fairness to the thousands of members/investors, "SOMEONE" (Whoever ADMIN IS?) should have the common courtiousy, and decency to come on here, and tell us, "GOODBY SUCKERS", or "HEY, sorry for the delays. We are working to correct them, and will keep you up todate weekly."----But this is not happening. I would be Happy as a "PIG IN SLOP" just to know something definate. then this could all be dead, and buried. So I can only say to You "SHOW ME THE MONEY! BOB1940.
