Offshoreclub.biz http://www.offshoreclub.biz, has been one of the best hyips online til now. They are rated very well inn most hyip monitors. This is the reason i add them to our forums.

But do not spend more then you can afford to lose, is the best advice anyone can give you for any hyip.And do your own DD on this matter please.

They have had ads with Rolclub for atleast 1 year, and i can say that i have never heard anyone saying anything negative about them til today. But you never know with hyips.LOL.
