Default Funding e-gold for U.S. residents

how did the residents in the United States fund their e-gold? I found omnipay.com which is in Florida, but I think they don't take less that $1000. Is there a way of funding e-gold without a wire transfer? For those who have already done so...how long did it take to fund your e-gold account?

    Thanks...

    Anybody take paypal for e-gold?

Hi RAFFI, I used 2 Gold Exchanger to fund my E-Gold acct. AnyGoldNow.com Sameday cost $51. OmniPay 1 wk. $40. for bank wire to international acct. it took 4 days to get a mailed address verication from OmniPay. I will use AnyGold Now from now on . There is a gold Exchanger that will take debit, credit card or bank wire but expensive from my experiance. If U have not funded your E-gold acct and need it funded quickly the latter may be your only quick way to do it. I hope this has been of some help. I'm sure there is a lot of help from our fellow ROLClub members. Good Luck WAYNE

Thanks Wayne, it was helpful. Although I did notice they offer wire transfers and bank transfers. Which is best? By bank transfer, do they mean...a transfer done instantly online? What method did you use?

    Default fuding e-gold

this is my experience, that for was the easiest. go to www.thebullionexchange.con and make a desit slip out for the amount of egold you want. Print it out then take cash to any wells fargo bank with the printout and they will take it from there, usually have funds in your egold account within 12 hours or sooner has always worked for me.

Hmm, looking it it myself...might as well...the more the options obtained, the smoother and better when it calls for to meet recurring circumstances!

If you confirm your accounts with Alertpay, you can fund to and spend from e-gold with it. I've transferred money to/from egold and it goes through in less than 24hrs. It's not very fast though to get money moved from your bank account to Alertpay (usually 4 or 5 business days) or vice versa but it has always worked. Check my sig for a link if you need one.

P.S. Alertpay is supposed to start using credit cards on or after July 4th...

Pretty standard with The Goldshop but with all the representations around the globe and strong accreditations lined up behind their services...their charges and fees plus minumums... that all, had to be taken into account plus the fact, they DON'T deal with Ebullion but sure does with E-Gold.
