HYIPs are started everyday.
A very small percent of them survive the long term.
But how to pick those who do ?
I fail often.

The monitor Hyipranks has a good reputation in this arena.
Because most of their 4-STAR programs is listed with "problem" at the moment,
I will pass on what I know about the STAR-ranking.

Every program at Hyipranks has started off by paying 40 dollars to 'partner'.
He invest those dollars in their program.
They get their own forum and given is given an opportunity to present themselves.
DD is performed.

That is step one -
STAR=0

When the HYIP-owner install the Hyipranks monitor on their site, they take step two -
STAR=1 - status=waiting

When the HYIP-owner start paying 'partner' they take step three -
STAR=2 - status=paying

When the HYIP-owner provide an office telephone and/or proof of trading/investing,
they take step four -
STAR=3

When the HYIP-owner has been listed for 6 months they take step five -
STAR=4

When a HYIP-owner has been listed for 1 year they take the last step:
STAR = 5

Despite the STAR's, every program can head into trouble.
When this has happened with 4 stars programs on HR,
the admins has mostly prooved to be honest people and tried to ease the burden
for their members.

It is many monitors out there: Want to check? http://hyip.rebusnet.biz/
In many of them, the HYIP-owner can buy the highest ranking.

As I understand, Marek will establish a monitor on Rolclub. I hope he also establish
a 'set of rules' for this purpose.
