    Default A Humble Request

    Dear Admin(s) and Mod(s):

Would you permit me to ask a few questions of those who believe they "have one up on us?" Recently, one such implied here that they "changed their mind" after (evidently) learning new information. I promise to be completely honorable, and will conduct myself professionally (probably can't say that for the others).

Considering that only one actually took the time to answer my previous challenge, I would like to bluntly ask a few questions. I also promise to not use big words and complex ideology. The reason I am asking ahead is that you and I both know how contentious it will become, since civility and honor is not in their vocabulary. I don't want to do this PM-style as I feel it important that everyone see what we have here; and why no checks are in the mail.

I know that you have a room on this forum for items like this, but this is a special case, here, I believe. We could call it our "Proof" room, or some such nonsense.

Sleep on it. I'll check back tomorrow. In addition to Admin, I would also like to invite EW, YB, Taxman, Largo, Paddy and some Pioneers to assist me with this. Anyone else that can RATIONALLY discuss matters at hand are welcome as well. This is not a "persuade-fest", rather a coming about to face the facts. ONLY facts, not rumors and pipe-induced fantasy. I really don't care what side of the fence you sit on. Time to pay the Piper. Some of you have gotten away with spouting garbarge long enough.

Just as children really don't comprehend the consequences of playing with matches, I don't think some here understand what would happen if they lit this particular fire.

    Repectfully

    Arcturus

I have made this thread a sticky in anticipation of the discussion to follow. Everyone will conduct themselves with courtesy and restraint. Those that fail to do so will have their posts edited or deleted depending on which is more appropriate to do. Those that repeatedly abuse this requirement and/or break ROLC's TOS will be subject to forum discipline up to and including being banned for not less than one week.

If you have don't have facts to present then kindly sit on the sidelines and watch the play unfold.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

The only fact I am aware of, and that I know to be true, is that in Nov. 2004, I gave $6K to a Bank in Malaysia to deposit into a PIPs account. Shortly after that payments slowed to a crawl and according to the old forum, lots of folks got scared causing many to try and withdraw, compounding the problem. Then another avenue to get our money out appeared, merchants.
The initial explaination for the delay was the large number of withdrawals, and banks not being able to handle the numbers. I believe the plan was to cut far less, bigger checks to the merchants and let them distribute goods. Very very few of these merchants got their payments. Somewhere in between the withdraw delay and the merchants was the debit card, which I still have in my filing cabinet, which also didn't work, but of course there was some good explaination for that as well. This was all well before any "freezing" of funds took place.

Next to all that I have gathered since "listening" and analysing among the "feeders" that brings back to "my ears only", I have my reservations on how Bryan is pursuing on his lonely path (with Sharon by his side of course...) and this I keep to myself.

Sharing it only as a privy to those who showed respect for silence and witholding facts (so far with ppl I meet Eye-2-Eye) I won't discuss openly (incl this Forum) by freely disposing facts as fodder to many waiting to seize and certainly misinterprete...time and stats have proven from several experienced by others and one need not go far in search than with this forum to see just that ugly happening!

However, if time permits and parking isn't a headache by the streets of Selangor (nooo, that was San Francisco), I'll try see if Bryan is free to serve me at the Starbuck he is now working at. Flying over soon, but first, to find another vacation Villa around that region for investment!

Amazing, simply amazing. And I didn't even ask one question yet!!!!

Thank you for opening and allowing this thread. What I mean by "facts" is kind of what Style and Reelcrazy are alluding to..........but I am sorry to say that the presentation is lacking somewhat here.

The rules have been set. There is no room for emotion, here. We are not doing the "my dad can beat up your dad" thing. Simple questions, simple answers.

Since you stepped up to the plate, Style, I'll start with you. (And thank you btw. I figured I'd have to call you out. At least it's honest.) "Fact" 2 is not a fact, it is a supposition. "Fact" 4 is unsubstantiated. Fact 1 is indisputable. That leaves number 3.

First question: How do you know he has lost complete control of "our" money and Pips?

BTW: Just so you get your "facts" straight.........a lotto program was ALWAYS part of the diversification. This is NOT new.

I remember he agreed to accept funds for lawyers as well another funds to buy laptop. So sorry but it is beyond any logic to believe he he hasn't lost complete control of our money in case when he has no money to buy laptop!
And as he said he is living now in small room and thanks to friends assistance he can pay his living expenses.

BM CURRENTLY has no control over pips whatsover. It remains to be seen if this situation is temporary or permanent.

One comment on Style's fact 4: All programs are successful, until they are shut down... Pips was successful, at least for a time. That can't be argued with. 12DailyPro was also successful, until it got shut down, ditto StudioTraffic, Plex, etc etc.

Thumbs up Let's keep it positive

    Hello,

I get the last cheque from the old PI system in April 2005 and it was paid out with no problem.

The old system doesn't exist since end of 2004 and was not active since (please correct me) April 2004. Additional I get some payouts from P*P*y at that time.

But all of us are signed, that we would not spend more, that we are able to loose.
There was no information that we are not on risk.

Greetings and let's have a look forward to a good future.
(And work with other things further) ;-)

    Gerd
