Hi Friends

Today we have great news to report! As we mentioned in the last newsletter, James and Trond have been in India and Singapore in the last few weeks to spend time together and to work with our programmers, support management and RFP Management Team. This trip has been especially interesting and constructive and we have set in place some very exciting plans for the coming months.



The growth rate of new members from all over the world together with our leaders’ strong commitment and efforts indicate that RFP will enter into a new phase this year. We have large plans for upgrading and further development of our system.

Network
news from the field!

It gives us great pleasure to present our NEW 24/7 Support Team. They will be operational from the end of this week. They will answer all your queries and solve any issues you may have. There will, of course, be a test run period before everything works 100%, but we are more than convinced that this new support team is a very great upgrade in terms of response time and the quality of support. We have worked with them for 3 months and we are certain that this will take RFP to a higher level! Treat the new support team well!



The support will be done through a ticketing system. Members will first go through a set up ‘knowledge base’ that will give general information and answers to frequently asked questions. If members do not find an answer to their question or issue, they can send in a ticket which will be handled very quickly by our support team!



Please remember!

Be specific! Do not describe your family, friends, dogs, cats.... give a concise, specific explanation of the situation.



This new support team is made up of very highly qualified support personnel. The team members have prior experience from other large companies like Dell Computers, Party Poker, etc., etc. They have undergone a one-month training session and learnt all about RFP and SBP. The support team is under the professional leadership of Raul who has had lots of management experience from large projects before. Raul’s fighting spirit and management skill stems from his very active youth, where amongst other things, he participated in the summer Olympics as a member of the Indian wind surfing team.



It was an especially positive experience to meet our support team and witness for ourselves their contributions and huge enthusiasm and interest to study all they could about the arbitrage profession and our product.





Refunds



We have received a few 7-day refund requests and while this is totally fine, what is NOT acceptable is that some members purchase multiple subscriptions and then cancel within 7 days, requesting for a refund for all of them. Refunding multiple subscriptions is very costly for RFP. We will now impose a 30% handling charge on members who cancel their multiple positions within the 7-day regret period.



We have to question why they purchase multiple subscriptions in the first place and realise that it is almost entirely due to the way RFP is being promoted by some of our members. It is against company policy for you to promote that a person purchase multiple subscriptions. Why would you want them doing this anyway as it can actually slow down the building of your matrix. In order for your matrix to build FAST, you want each person in the matrix to sponsor two people quickly. If someone has 3 positions, they need to sponsor 4 people quickly. Every member with positions under them that do NO sponsoring, means MORE work for the people above those positions in order to build their matrix.



When members purchase 2 or 3 positions this means that they have accepted our business concept and have qualified their 1st position. Members may want 2 or 3 subscriptions if they have a computer at home, at work and a laptop. However, this should be determined once they accept that they are happy with our concept.



From now on, we will not shoulder the refund costs of members who cancel their multiple positions.



Arb History



We have now returned the much sought-after arb history into the members’ back office. This will assist you in the planning of your trading.





Compression



As mentioned, we will perform a compression every month and remove red members that have been inactive for more than 2 months. We do not do this to create any difficulties for anyone. All members have 2 whole months to activate themselves, should any unforeseen incidents happen. We are mindful of those members who want to build a serious business and do not want blocks of inactive members in their organisation. We hope you look positively on the upgrades and that all of you see a bright future ahead with RFP.

SureBetPro

We are really pleased to present our very strong programming team. Each one of the team has contributed an exceptional effort in the past 2 to 3 years that they have worked together with us. Our programming team leader, Simon, has been extremely dedicated and has made personal sacrifices in order to get our program up and running. He has on many occasions slept over at the office to ensure that our members have had access to accurate arbitrages. We are especially impressed by their expertise and contributions and are confident that our exciting future projects are in the best hands.



As mentioned before, we have program updates on the drawing board that will be released over the next few months. Our first upgrade is the Auto Login, which will make the whole arbitrage trading process much faster and simpler. In addition, if traders use CTRL+F to search for matches, the process of placing the arbitrage trade will go very quickly.





New Bookmaker



We have activated a new, large bookmaker, http://www.multibet.com, into our program. This bookmaker is also available to our US members. Other new bookmakers will be added shortly.

RiskFreePool
Our own moneymaking members' pool

Our traders have delivered 3.09% this week. The week had a slow start but picked up over the week because of the tennis tournaments.



Our traders are working with a few upgrades on how to use capital in the Pool to give a better result - these are not changes that can be done overnight. Changes here must be made especially carefully to keep the maximum credibility with the bookmakers.



We have a founding solution that we most likely will use, and it should be ready in a couple of weeks. More about this next week !



Trading periods



We have received some members’ reactions now that we have started period 13 so we wish to clarify a small concern here. Each trading period lasts 4 weeks NOT 1 month. There are on average 4.5 weeks per month, so there are 13 trade periods in 1 year. This does make the year’s result even better than some people were expecting! J

Sports

Tennis -A very exciting week with the finals in the Pacific Life Tournament in California in tennis.



American sports continue to produce arbitrages and will get more and more exciting now that we are starting to close in on the series finals. This period will give a constant surprise in odds setting and results. The same goes for basketball and American football.



European football and basketball – rising activity and we expect great arbitrage opportunities to come.

I must admit that I had moved from one concept to another when it comes to networking, but now it finally seems that I have found something that really works, that is serious and will have longevity in the market. I was a passive member in RFP for nearly 2 months before I decided to dive into this concept. In Closing!

We are about to enter a new phase in RFP history. Until now, we have been in the establishment stage, where we have all worked hard to put together the fundamental number of members that are required for a professional setup. Even though we have worked on a few projects that have taken a little longer than expected, we have always used a lot of resources to quality secure our processes.



We have had some companies calling themselves our ‘competition’ and this will happen as other companies will naturally attempt to copy us. This will not be an easy task for them. We hope you are aware that there lies a very serious set-up behind RFP and SBP. Our company was not created overnight. Millions of dollars have been invested into SBP, not to mention the years of research of the arbitrage processes and the market.



Our future plan is to continue with this process and at the same time create new ways for you to earn a good and secure income. We do not wish to be placed in the same category as a high yield investment program but rather a program supplier that provides all our members with a means to secure a good solid income with minimal work effort. Even though we are soon to pass our second year in the marketplace, we are still in the birth phase of what we wish to create in the global arena.
