Thread: European Soccer Competition Prize up to 11,500 Euros

Well I have just approved a soccer comp to see if I can boost interest in my Forum which has not been easy.

Any ways the crux of it is that we'll be giving away weekly prizes of 150 Euros and a main prize of a grand, although I may alter that upwards, we'll see.

Any way it hasn't started yet and there is no reason to sign up till it does but it might be an idea to get the 'feel' before 'kick off' as it were.

Welcome to the €11,500 121SPORT Euro Soccer Prediction Competition

As part of the build up to this year's World Cup in Germany, 121SPORT has introduced a WEEKLY match prediction competition to add even further spice to the excitement.

The competition is FREE TO ENTER and has a prize pool of over €11,500.


How much can I win?

Weekly winners will win a €150 cash prize.

Plus, correctly predict all ten scores in one week and you'll win the correct score bonus - a €1,000 cash prize.


Who can enter the competition?

The competition is open to all Members of 121SPORT. Registration to the Forum is free and only takes a few seconds, please click here to register.

The competition runs from 15th March 2006 to 17th May 2006. Since the competition is run on a weekly basis, you can enter at any time up until the kick-off of the first match on 17th May 2006.


How does the competition work?

On every Wednesday between now and 17th May 2006, 121SPORT will post ten European Soccer matches due to take place the forthcoming week. These matches will be posted in the 121SPORT Members Competitions Forum.

Entrants must then submit their correct score predictions for each of the ten games.

Please note - predictions need to be posted in the relevant competition thread in the 121SPORT Members Competitions Forum.


How does the points scoring system work?

The competition points scoring system works as follows:

• Correct match outcome prediction - 3 points
• Correct score outcome prediction - 5 points

How do I enter the competition?

Once you are registered with 121SPORT, simply post your predictions in the relevant competition thread in the 121SPORT Members Competitions Forum.
