Thread: Anyone EMO, Stormpay charge backs?

Hi I need some help on getting my money out. I have over $500 I made doing 12dailypro. But it's in EMO or Stormpay though.

But what I need is just some input on how to perform a charge back. How can this be done.

I don't want to stand by and let the SEC take control of my hard earn money.


When 12dailypro dose fall I'm looking forward to strompay die as well!

You are not clear if you money is in EMO or ScamPay. EMO is easy just print out an EMO and put it in your bank. It is considered just like a money order and is almost instant cash (usually clears in 24 hours).

As for ScamPay why not send it through a processor.

Hey guys thanks for the tips, all keep them in mind. Well toad that's the thing I'm not really sure. I email, EMO on the 12daiypro thing and I just don't know which has my money. Guess all fax scampay a copy of my 12dailypro history reports.

Well, when ScamPay shut 12DP down I lost around $600. The scumbags did a chargeback to 12DP in my account of money that had come in from another place and now they have done another chargeback and closed down one of the good programs that I was trying to work.

What I want to know: Is the SEC investigating these criminals? Why are they allowed to get by with stealing our mone? I'm pretty ticked aobut this, I can tell you.

Have you been caught in their talons? Hope not, but it would be a miracle if anyone escaped.

Just wondering if anyone else has had his/her account in StormPay suspended? They did a chargeback a few days ago in my account without my permission and now they have suspended my account. Just wonder what this latest trick is.

Maybe I'm lucky. One guy I know had a chargeback of over $800 and when he went in to check his balance, he discovered that he has a negative balance of that amount. Wonder how they plan to get that out of him?

The plot thickens, huh?

I've got exactly the same thing. My CC co. did a chargeback a week or so ago, and my Stormpay acc is now suspended. I couldn't give a damn - it's not like I'm going to use it for anything!

Well, this is what is happening in my account and my bank. I have a great bank they quickly put a CC refund in my favor. Then told SP about it, but the nasty is I had put money from my CC it came to $2500 and SP only wants to give me $1000 and another for $500. Also they have deducted $200 and never sent out a check, then another $200 got worried and cancelled it. So now I show A $180 in my SP and really haven't gotten the money they are sending the CC yet. But, the bank has credited it to me. I will not touch it till I am sure. Also, the FBI knows this and has all of my banks info from the bank themselves. God, I sure hope this goes in my favor. I still have charge backs from all the companys the SP did to me and thats over $1000 there. This is bull s t , how do these people do what they do to the little guys.
Sorry for my big mouth, I guess I didn't realise how pissed off they got me till now.

I received all my money from my CC company and SP put my account on hold, wha! wha! hee hee
