You could use the term Crap-pay, Shoddy-pay, Scam-pay, etc. You didn't have to post using an expletive. I think that is what he was referring to...You should edit the posts yourself to remove the expletives. It would make your post more socially acceptable.

Anyway, I'd like to see the SEC stop me, in another country and using a british bank from doing it...

Having just read the email, and the court order, it's actually the SEC who have said that it is not permitted to chargeback.

Anyway, I'm hoping that I'll be able to do it (waiting for the bank to reply) as the SEC don't exactly have jurisdiction over the UK...

nej can you please let us know how you get on and how you did it... lets stick it to Shitpay and see how they like it. I hope the git has diarrhoea for a month!!!

Well currently it's with my credit card company. They sent me a form that I had to fill out, which I did, saying that I hadn't received the service I paid for and that they would not discuss it, despite my attempts to contact them. That's basically correct, as I paid Stormpay $1000 and they took it away from me and haven't answered my support ticket.

That would lead a "storm" for chargebacks!!!
