We have a very imporatant request of all members who were paid by Stormpay on Wednesday, Nov 23.
We have just inadvertantly paid some of these members again today, Thursday, Nov. 24. We need you all to immediately go stormpay and refund the money.
How do you do this? Login to your Stormpay account. Go to the History page. Check (select) the payment you want to refund and click the refund button at the bottom of the page.
We ask that you do this as soon as possible so we can promptly pay the members who were really supposed to get paid today. We ask and full trust that members who received this double payment will refund the funds voluntarily within 48 hours so as not to risk account suspension. We rely on your professionalism in expediting this matter.
We will continue with payments to the correct members tonight, regardless. But we ask for your prompt action to help balance our accounting as soon as possible.
