The Outsourcing Telesummit by David Frey and Maruxa Murphy is a training event that is run by 16 of the most successful people that training Outsourcing Tactics. In order to make your business grow faster than you can personally build it yourself you need to pass on your daily duties to other people. You also have to make sure these tasks you pass on are duplicatible and only require you train them once.
