What a great call last night.
A gentleman from Panama, Bill Posters, who started the Bank Negara investigation, was on our call.
Bill Posters is an Investment Advisor who has been in business for 13 years. He has various programs and will teach our group how to invest safely and wisely.
His website is: www.aarfunds.com
For more information, you can fill out an information request form at: www.aarfunds.com/inforequest.html
In the referral box put: Freedom Group.
Bill can also be reached at his Miami, Florida number: 305-720-2981
Because Bill can only handle up to 500 clients, he will only be sending this information to the people in our group and some from another group.
Here is a brief summery on PIPS:
Unfortunately, PIPS will not be back.
Bill said that it was run like a ponzi scheme.
He also said that Bryan and his wife Sharon will face millions of dollars in fines and could spend 4-10 years in jail.
Bryan's passport has been confiscated.
None of Bryan's businesses were registered properly in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
There hasn't been one set of accounting records kept for any of the entities of pips. When authorities asked Bryan where the books were, he replied, "In his head".
Bill also stated that there is no money to give back. When they froze the Malaysian account, there was only $130,000 in the account. It appears that six to eight hundred million dollars has disappeared into thin air.
Apparently, there are no books, nor proper registry for Picrealty either.
Now this is interesting. There was an extremely wealthy person who went down to meet with Bryan and invest his own money to help save PIPS and get the withdrawals back on track. The only requirement was that he be the only trader. Bryan declined the
offer. Bryan was making trades for himself and by accepting the guy's offer, it would have exposed him.
He also stated that bryan was a master of deceit. He has seen many cheats, etc., but he has never seen anything like this in his entire life. This takes the cake.
The Malaysian gov't was unaware of what Bryan was doing. The Malaysian SEC does not have the same power as the U.S. SEC. He also stated that it's going to take 6-9 months to complete the investigation.
The court system in Malaysia is much different then in the U.S.. They could find bryan guilty and throw him in jail without trial after the investigation.
