Thread: Importance of Confirming Member Allocation!

Hi All Next-In-Line Members,

I wish to let people know the importance of member allocation, when confirming positions in the NIL system. This is a very important process that needs to be completed correctly, by visiting the clubfreedom site to check that the position is under the correct sponser and that the spelling of the new member that qualified you is correct.

The reason being, is that last night I confirmed a position that was placed under my ID in CF. I checked that it was allocated correctly, which it was, but what I didn't notice was that the spelling of the position in CF was different then placed in Nil. So when I confirmed the allocation I confirmed the position from the no-reply email from Nil which had the incorrect spelling.

The problem with this error that Banana explained to me, is if that was not notice before it was placed in the next-In-Line placement to be qualified, when its turn was due - people would have been allocated a completely different ID to the one that was place under my ID in CF, and the position on the CF board would never get qualified, which it would affect that persons own ID and also myself.

So please NIL members, check that the spelling is correct before allocating the positions on NIL.

P.S This time no harm was done as the new signee notified Banana of the error that I didn't notice - Lesson for all of us to learn from! within this awesome system that NIL has developed.
