Hi everyone,

Just want to get everyones idea re advertising in the newspaper. I feel that there are many many more people who could use the extra 6k, hence Im willing to put an ad in the paper to let them know about NIL and/or Clubfreedom. Has anyone here so far as gone to put an ad in the paper? If so, how did you word your advertisement? Or is there some material resources to advertise NIL, and distribute perhaps locally or otherwise? Would like everyones input and ideas on this if possible. If im doing the wrong thing here, pls let me know.

I am going to put an ad for specially NIL in the newspaper here india once i cycle out that will be very soon. Just considering what and how the ad should be. i think banana and nene can help with some idea.

When it comes to marketing a system such as NIL one has to use local peoples ideas & concept should u wish to place newspaper ads.

Extreme care needs to be taken!! .

Why??

U could be infringing local laws regarding investments, advice for investing , need licencing [company] & then may even need to by licence individually to provide such advice.

In Ozzie we have very strict laws about these matters & the Australian Securities Commisssion [ASC] is always keen to make examples of many people to show it is doing its job.

Accordingly u will not see the likes of nil promoted from oz websites, nor advertised in Oz n-papers or media that are for public consumption.

Its done via rolclub & word of mouth & telling people to go to the rolclub link where members forums can be read.

It must be done via the internet at private sites like rolclub.
U will also notice that CF like companies do not have site based in OZ for that reason & for tax reasons.

So if u want to do such, suggest u set up a "forum like" site, that can be hosted outside of India & makes it difficult for snooping gov to interfere with.

So be circumspect!

Should u wish to go ahead with the ad, i sugget seeking proper legal advice from an experience lawyer specialising in commercial law.

I am just looking for some ideas to help promote our NIL team offline as well as online. It doesn't need to be so complicated. I've read many teams going full steam ahead with so many ideas for ads to advertise their own teams growth with much progress. Take a look at this website that the pickle team have come up with CLUBFREEDOM PICKLE TEAM. Earn $6000 and travel. CHATROOM!.
Anyway, I'm just going to put an ad in my local paper where everyone is advertising business opportunities. I can't see how this is any more complicated or different to any other business opportunities on the internet.

Dear Gala,

I have been seeing in newspapers business offers ads and i do not think that advertising NIL via newspapers will violate any law in any country. We are not forcing people to join, we are telling them how Great our system is and if any one is intersted to join CF then they should seriously consider NIL.
I am definitely going to put an ad once i cycle out. i am on main board at 2nd level at this moment.
