Hello all, was over at another forum and read this sequence of events and thought you all might like a good read.
The first thread was called: "Payment time frame for original Special Plan":

On august 17th 06 NYC-Wolf ask SI VIP the following question in the thread "Question to SI VIP (First cycle of SP)":
"Just wanted to know if you have been one of the members who could participate in the very first cycle of the Special Plan (from Nov05-Feb06). If "yes"...which experience did you make? SI VIP answered: "Hello Wolf, the easiest way to answer your question is like this: Yes, the "group" I am involved with was in on the NOV SP but, it was called something else as it was an "offline" deal".
I found some paper print-outs I made from the Ecurrency Forum: Rafael Sosa had the following statements on the 4th june 06 in the thread: "Dear Investors I AM Admin and I am Here":
"1)VIP membership is closed for a while....SP was offered since December 2005, only for VIP members...tested till March...after that offered to some other people and lot's of them matured in May. After that our partners offered us to pay on monthly basis....and there were some problems with bank to bank transfers, we had to describe to bank what we are doing, and as you may know...we are paying anonymously and there some issues with Patriot Act and US laws for its citizen, anyway it doesn't matter anything for e-currency, as in fact it's not a real money, just gold, etc. So, what I was talking about..ah..we just need this time to get paid and fund e-currency and it usually takes 1-2 weeks for such amounts. And everybody likes SP and we like to work with our partners...and in fact...we like to work with medicine stuff and people like to get paid up to 6%. Just wait for first payout and you will be the happiest investor in the world"
"2)My dear Investors: I would like to apoligize if something was done wrong, but please understand SI position:
a) It is really hard for us to process million of payments with ecurrency and we can handle such payouts on monthly basis without any problems. Omnipay sometimes pending withdrawals or deposits, because of rate changes..and it's not too easy to work with it, who have worked should know.
b)We are going to held big meeting in august in Belize for our VIP members and representatives of private groups. So you will personally meet with me and Sam.
c) We are now working on making SI a private program....just don't know how long it will take us to prepare software and re.design".
Langnes: he had 9 statements, I only posted the 3 above. In July we had THE BIG CRASH and the rest we know all about.
In a thread on Ecurrency Forum called: "Raphael hinted-not able to make daily payouts": This was written by a member called: T....DE: "From the beginning of the SP we were told that the daily payment might be a thing of the past. This was on the 27th. february 2006: it took 4 months for SI to receive the payment for the plan.
Solidinvestment by Rafael Sosa had the following message on the the 2nd of March 2006: (I made a paper print-out of the article on the 6th of june 06): (big capitals by R. Sosa!)
"We are glad to tell you good news. Sam Colins, our CEO, has just returned from a business trip dedicated to make new contracts on INVESTMENTS INTO RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MEDICINES, especially those preventing birds flue virus.
Many of our VIP customers or those who are about to become VIP customers had a chance to take part in a special investment opportunity offering large daily payouts since November 2005. LAST WEEK WE RECEIVED FIRST DIVIDENDS FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS AND MADE INTEREST PAYMENTS TO ALL THE PARTICIPANTS.
Our business partners are willing to continue co-operation and, for that reason, we want to allow non-VIP investors in this investment opportunity. We would like to learn your opinions on a short-term (approximately 60 business days) placement of your funds. The daily rate will be almost twice as high as the curent one, but it will not exceed 6% daily. This is very high-yield and short-term offer, we have already made substantial investments in this field and have signed contracts that would allow us to continue our work this and next year. At the moment the offer has not been activated yet. We need to know if you are interested in this offer. Please vote or leave your opinion here".
Sam Collins had an interview with Chris who was/is the administrator of HYIP Network on feb 23rd 2006: He asked Sam C.: "How many active members/investors do you have?" He answered: "We currently have over 10000 active members, 500 of which are large scale investors, companies and investment funds".
Si increased their membership/investors' list from 10000 in february 2006 till 100000 investors by the end of june 2006. All joined the New Special Plan, anyway they had to since may/june. SI had a lot of difficulties already in may and june: patriot Act and USA laws, waiting for a payout on a montly basis from their SP partners, they planned to do automatic payouts via their website to those members who matured their SP on the 3rd of July. Then we got THE BIG CRASH on july the 7th. The rest what has/ could have happened we'll find in all the treads here in this forum:

Sam Colins, Rafael Sosa & Pablo Pedrosa are for real. There are several
VIP members who met them PERSONALLY in the last weeks/months.
That's a fact.
Payouts have already been started (to VIPs). These (paid) people had to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in the meantime. They can't post
further informations here or elsewhere because of the NDAs. That's a fact also.
Most of the payouts to regular members should be completed before
the Xmas bells are ringing. That's not a fact, but it's from the horses mouth. There' nothing we can do but waiting.

It has been a long ride. On the sosahere forum/Runboard forum it was said that Sosa stated that the bird flue investment didn't gave the returns they expected, and that SI only could pay us investors approx. 30-40% of what was owed to us. We do not know for sure if these statements really were made by the real Sosa R. or not. Some were, some were not. Anyway it took 4 months before SI received the first dividends for the first SP for the period NOV 05-FEB 06, by that time SI had 10000 investors and 500 large scale investors, companies, and investment funds. Now with the second SP SI has approx. 100000 investors. So it will take a long time to pay every investor, the time frame now is either before Christmas or in Jan 2007. If you read all of the threads in this forum very carefully you will know what Pingman once wrote: "....Yes, it is pretty well public knowlegde as to what Solid Investment is working with. Those, in the banking industry are well aware of it..." We should know if we did our DD well how Si is generating huge returns to themselves and to us. Maybe they had some losses in may-july 06, but since then they must have generated huge incomes in many ways (and they still do) and more than recovered their funds and made huge profits if we know what they are working with. It's logical to me that they first do payouts to their Senior VIPs, VIPs, Companies, investment funds, etc. before it is our turn, the smaller investors. Because they have paid and are paying these Senior VIPS and VIPS, Companies, etc. I think that's why we haven't heard of any severe legal actions against SI. SI VIP stated also: "there are no legal issues!".
Personally I think they have had a lot of problems with the Patriot Act and USA laws (as Sosa R already stated in june, If you read my Pips posts in "The other discussion Topics"I told you about the large Dutch ABN AMRO Bank and the Norwegian "Statoil" companies which got severe problems with the US laws, they didn't even operate in the USA, but in the Middle East!) and with many other countries in Europe, Japan, etc, which have adopted similar US laws (Norway has!) to protect the Western world against terrorism.
The international banking industry, companies and many countries' governments have not found the proper tools yet to have a smooth run payment system because of these new laws against terrorism there is too much time involved by all parties to check every transaction which is made in each individual country and state, and between foreign countries and states. They are afraid, they want to protect their citizens against terrorism, but they get a lot of other problems to solve at the same time, this takes a lot of time to deal with. Anyway the big players in these secret investment fields know that, they are patient, they can wait, but they know too they will be the first to be paid, they are satisfied, they have been paid or are being paid now, and SI is following the rules of the game. I repeat, that's why SI VIP stated "there are no real legal issues!" These Pittsburgh lawyers have tried, and so has WLD, but what have they come up with? The answers to that you'll will find in a lot of threads in this forum. THEY HAVE NOTHING! If we have read what Stacker and NYC-Wolf, SI VIP, Pingman, Topcat and many others have posted about the order of SI payouts we should know it soon will be our turn. And at the moment we already have to threads started here which are called "It's my turn (2). These are just my thoughts I had today I wanted to share with the menbers here. Take care!
