Pinetree, where are all of your great post? I am almost ready to go ahead and give up the info to the lawyer but don't really want to I need some of your reassurance

Hey Trapper,

Pinetree doesn't have any facts, he merely posts what he sees on another site that the forum mods themselves have admitted is speculation and rumor. If you really think about it, SI has been in default of their agreement (to pay you) for over 3 months now and have not contacted any of the investors that I know, myself included. Why would you not seek assistance at this time? If you're afraid your account will be deleted remember that you're not the one who caused the problems.

from what I understood from that other side ad pingman's and a more private group, it still may be wrong hearsay... but I prefer to consider those bringing the information up consistent with each other and more and more reliable... raising hopes there's effective movement behind the scenes. Off course it's all up to you. But'm giving it more time... even a month and a couple of weeks, why not... and rather don't head towards the lawyers (who'll provide you a certain loss too... if not of investment, then sure of their share & fees)... I don't think you have much to loose...

I Have the faint flicker of hope here . but my heart and common sense tells me otherwise.
I have been asking since JULY for Pinetree, and ANY OTHER person to give US all SOLID PROOF, that SOLID INVESTMENT, (where "YOU will Never LOSE your MONEY" Is going to "BE HERE FOR 5 More YEARS" and to "Join us for 10 more YEARS") IS still HERE.
SOLID PROOF being Correspondence. and Payments .
I will Not totally believe that SI, and CO. are still around. Untill they SHOW ME < and everyother MEMBER > THE MONEY!

bob, I wonder how any ordinary member like you and me can provide you the requested proof. As far as I can see, he can only provide you the info that he finds trustworthy enough to base his belief on that SI isn't as gone as many believe... info which apparently isn't enough for you to change your mind... and which I won't no longer rub under your nose either... so be it. Future will be there one day to tell, one way or another.
Anyway... imo it still continues making enough sense... so that I won't mind waiting another month - give or take a few weeks... or whatever that's needed as long as I feel like the info we get is reliable enough, showing any progress or reasonable explanation of the current situation, etc.
Meanwhile I hope you can cover this period of time and achieve other things to your satisfaction as well ;).
