Default Should I pay a consultant or an agent to move to Canada?

Question: Hi mam I am looking to migrate to Canada PR. I got confused which consultant to chose because all sharing negative reviews on consultant. Now thru my friend I got an consultant rcic n Dubai business Bay office.advise me they are genuine or not…?

Answer: Do not hire a consultant. You do not need one and the general reputation of consultants - especially those outside Canada and not registered with IRRC - is poor.

To apply, all you need is access to a computer and the ability to follow instructions.

You can do your own application following the step-by-step instructions on the Immigration Canada website. No matter how much a consultant may claim to have inside information or “secrets” to get you into Canada…they are lying.

All the information and the entire process is explained accurately on the Immigration Canada website. There are no secrets. There are no shortcuts. Either you will qualify to immigrate or you will not.....

Another answer: You do NOT — I repeat, do NOT — need a consultant to immigrate to Canada. Canadian immigration process is designed specifically so people can follow it themselves. There isn't a single thing an immigration consultant can do that you can't do yourself, except steal your money. And if you don't qualify, there is no way a consultant can make you qualify, other than tell you to lie, which will get you banned from Canada altogether.

Right now, you don't need a consultant — you need a wizard. Canadian borders are closed, half the population has lost work, and the immigration call centre hasn't taken calls in months. People whose applications were in the works before COVID can't even check what's happening to their case. It's going to be a long time before any new applications are accepted. No consultant can help you with that either.

If you have too much money burning a hole in your pocket, send it to me instead. I can't help you immigrate either, but at least I won't lie to you about it. :)

I cann't make the decision for you, it seems like a waste of money to me. If you really want to move to Canada, then you should consider using a home movers service and get professional help with your move instead of the headache about it.
