How do you think it is good idea to take CBD?

Hello! It depends for what exactly purpose do you want to use it. If you have some health problem and cbd can help you, of course it is good idea. As I know many people can take hemp oil only for relax and reduce stress. I do not see nothing bad here!

What do you need CBD for? just somekind of daily practice? When I take something, I ask myself like John Malkovich "-What will it be to me?". CBD is not an exception. For instance, I need because of pain in my lower back that starts to annoy me when I stand on one place for a long period of time, more than 15 minutes.
