I have to VENT!

As you all know, I am a New Home Sales Consultant. Yes, Im the girl that is in the model, waiting with a big smile on my face ;-) hehe..


For the second time today, I have had a RUDE couple come in to MY office and basically push past me and say that oh so famous line "we just want to look at the models". and they basically tell me in not so many words "we don't want you to come with us".


For all you house hunters, let me tell you something...


#1 As a sales person, I get mystery shopped every quarter. This mystery shopper has a hidden camera. If I don't walk you in the models and I get caught, I lose my job.


#2 Nothing is more annoying then a customer going in the models and not letting me come with them to explain, and then coming back out and asking me a bunch of crazy questions that could have been explained.


#3 Do you really think I trust you to go in the models alone? Do you know how bad we get ripped off when we let people do that? And guess who gets in trouble for not "taking ownership of the model"? ME


#4 Do you really think that I am that good at sales, that I can MAKE you buy a house? HA- I would have written a book on that by now and sitting on the beach next to my eautiful beach house- not sitting in this model dealing with the most rude people on earth.


Also, just to let you know, because I did not walk these jerks into the models, their children messed up everything, the mother let her kid urinate in the model bathroom (there is no toilet paper or soap in there), GROSS, and they left the door open.


MODEL HOMES DO NOT BELONG TO YOU!


PS: Luckily, our models (most models are) equipped with cameras. And I PROMISE, these people will not be allowed back. Even if they wanted to buy 5 homes, I would not do that to the people who lived here.
