Of course, you can. In fact, in my opinion and going by the rate of development that is taking place in the United Arab Emirate, you have a great chance to land a job as an engineer and fresher for that matter. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't up your game if there is an opportunity to do so. What I mean is to try to get some on-the-job experience. Your internship experience will also count, if you had one! Try to search jobs on Jobsora https://ae.jobsora.com/jobs-jebel-ali you can find interested vacancies in few minutes here.

This is a rich country and I think you can find what you need. If not, you can always work as a freelancer. You need to create your portfolio and send it to well-known companies. For example, this is https://light-it.net/#4a great experience in the field of IT services and she might be interested in your candidacy.

Such jobs are really hard to get and you need to study hard not to experience such problems later. Sadly, I am not the best student. I have lots of problems with writing tasks and that's why I use https://studymoose.com/cause-and-eff...of-flood-essay all the time.

I don't think building majors will bring you a lot of money in the UAE. There are a lot of people came to work from India, Pakistan. The UAE is quite a developed country in terms of IT technologies. Maybe you should learn a friend's profession.

I was watching a TV show about the UAE the other day. There created a stunning car which has the highest speed in the world. The show that was staged in the UAE in honor of the opening of the racetrack shocked me. It was just gorgeous. IT technology is present in all discoveries and developments. And in construction, too. I think you need to study IT technology in construction and then you will be a highly paid professional in the UAE. You can explore motion graphics trends that are already successfully implemented in their openGeeksLab projects
