I believe that article is not entire accurate. The ceo of goldnow, Kelly, has indicated that the CEO of IntGold asked the FBI to come in and investigate some possible scammers/ponzis that were operating under the umbrella of intgold.
So IntGold asked for the investigation.
The article is a little misleading in that regard.
