Thread: CAMBIST.NET : Beware of Cambist.net.

I made a transfer of $10,000 USD to Cambist.net (U3165188) from my Liberty Reserve account with batch #4781343 to bank wire to my personal bank account on August 21, 2008 @ 02:56 LR system time. Up until now September 7, 2008 for the total of 18 days, I still have not received my bank wire money yet. I have sent many emails but no reply.
And I do not want to see any other person gets scammed again by this fake exchange operation.
SO PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM CAMBIST.NET. IT IS A SCAM

A simple google search could have spared you the loss. Google something like cambist.net fraud, and see - there are several links there. One should never send such a large sum to any entity without establishing its authenticity without doubt. So sorry to see somebody lose so much. Good lesson for all of us to be very careful..

After all the publicity they received and after their last email since September 1, 2008. This was what I got today:

Your bank wire was actually sent last week.

The reason for the delay of sending your bank wire is that our bank
has been switching their system. They delayed all transactions
(incoming and outgoing). When their system will work properly, the
bank wires will be sent much faster.

My immediately replied to that was:

Hi Maria,

It is good to hear from you again, after so many email I sent to
you. It is always a little easier for you and me if you would
care to send me a few words to rely. By the way, when is "your
bank" finish switching " their or your" system? Would you care this time to reply to me.

And here is the latest email I received from Maria of Cambist.net:

It seems they have some problems while switching the system. So we are not sure when they will finish doing this.
We only hope that all wires will go on time.

Honestly to tell the truth, I do not know when or will I ever see my money.

I just sent this email to Maria of Cambist.net

Would you please tell me what is the status of my bank wire today? By reading your emails I have a question I want to ask if you do not mind.

First, you said my bank wire was already sent, then the next email you explained there was a problem with the bank. My question is that if there was a problem with the bank, then the bank wire process was incomplete. Therefore the money must still in your procession. In that case, I would like you to return that money to my Liberty Reserve account where it came from. By doing this, you and Cambist.net demonstrate to all of your clients that you always put your clients' interest first and care for their business.
Just to remind you, it is the 20th day since the date you received my fund. Don't you think it is a little bit too long to bank wire? Love to hear from you.

Last night this was what I received from Maria of CAMBIST.NET

We cannot return your Liberty Reserve as your bank wire was already
sent.
It takes time, and we are not happy about this delay as much as you are.

I think this must be the slowest bank on earth!

My latest email to Maria of Cambist.net

It is me again and I would like to thank you for your prompt response to my last email. I now know that you have stated several times that my bank wire has been sent. As a matter of fact, it is the good start. However, I have a little request. Being your client, I would like you to scan and email me a copy of that bank wire transaction statement
( some banks call it a payment order ). I hope that for all the trouble I am going through and to show Cambist.net's care to its client that you would not mind or hesitate to help me with that request.

And this was her reply

I will certainly ask our representative for this receipt.

I am still waiting for that bank receipt.

In view of the ensuing communication taking place, despite payment/refund not fulfilled, it is only correct to remove that allegation made in the first post. The other party cannot be accused while still cooperating (whether we like to assume or believe) and your replies exhibit some relief and with less distraught.

Update! The 23rd day of waiting for my bank wire.

I think everyone should definitely stop using Cambist.net, it is not only because of my bank wire problem but also Cambist.net's whole banking system is stuck as mentioned in Maria’s previous email:

I am still waiting for the replied email from Maria of Cambist.net as she promised to send me the bank wire receipt and I will keep updating this thread everyday until I see my money.

Lately, the world over and with forums around on almost every specialty one can think of, the tendencies began when guys (the usual and most scheming of the culprits) began hiding behind their nicks and picture animated avatars to delude and deceive their real cowardice being a man... hence, it was easier to let the other side think, the femininity field is equally involved so, they are just like us... CROOKS as well...

But there are women without question that lives by poor upbringing and unsocialized behaviors in society however, the balance is as always... utterly minute and rare to find women getting involved on Internet dealing to deceive... yes, in chat rooms to strike a mate to bed is more likely but not on to the money side...

Thats where the distinction steps in where men are as good as filling the stats with almost 99% out there being the real evils on deception.

From hiding behind feminine pictures to avatars (well, you do get alot of these guys too who are "QUEERS" by physical definition as well), their posts and mannerisms in replies submitted and with the style used can also be detected with the words applied and women talk differently too.

From that to the names ... this is where it all lies... giving the impression that a women are the key handle YOU thought you were dealing with. There is the common attitude, for men to feel somewhat more forgiving and passionate to the opposite gender and this is the crux of the Internet deception. You may be just another simple Simon that fell easily for it...

Here, in your case... you might have all along thought you were dealing with Maria... its just a name, yes, a woman who had somehow exchanged mails with you but you are not 100% certain she is a person who has not gone thru a sex manipulated exchange did you or is actually, another Brutus who likes to dress and dance or swig like a fagot thinking he can talk & sing as good as Britney or Madonna...

Well... the tell tale signs are much too obvious here as well... this Maria is manipulating your situation... a hopeless one at best with time and a "GOTTCHA" without you thinking or suspecting thus far (another sordid fool) who knows little about women... you fell for it coz here is a dummy one can can see, have shown patience only given to real "women" with tolerance to withstand this long... it's a thrill to have you at the tip of her fingernails....: oops, his fat, filthy fingerrrR!!!

Well, DON'T be FOOLED when you have to exchange with a feminine name or picture until you either have seen the "creep", yes real women can be creeps too or, you do after all knew the person personally in real life outside the Net.
