I just started reading about this lotto ( I know......I've been out of the loop for some time) So my question is, how do I sign up and how or where do I sell the tickets for the lotto? When I sign up am I signing up for all the lotto's or are they are all different. I'm referring to the main lotto and the pick 3 and 4. If anyone can direct me to the answers I need or help me out on this matter I would really appreciate it.
