They might have sold millions, but they sure haven't delivered them!
Been waiting seven weeks, and despite speaking to someone on the phone who was less than useless, and three e-mails that have not been answered, I am still waiting.

I have had excellant service from them.

Sorry to hear of your problems. In all fairness to Ompus I have to say that I live in Australia and within a week of posting payment I received my delivery.
Can't understand how you are having this problem.

Give them another call. Since they've changed software they've had problems.

Received all orders within 1 week.

No one answering the phone, and another e-mail unanswered.
Very poor service.

Hello.I think ompus makes shipments in terms of the level of importance an order has eg.(size of order,and whether an order is from a regular customer or not).
