Well you know, you could be onto something. I hope so, but am wondering what the others (who know way more about these things than me) think. What a strange statement about the change of exchange rate tomorrow. hmmmm. I sure hope it's what we want.

Exactly why I threw this out there. We need some expert opinons on this one.

At First Blush, This Looks Promising. Are There Any Arabic Language Speakers Out There Who Could Give Us Possible Alternate Meanings?

Having said that.. I believe all this article is saying is that the banks notice a trend with the CBI and they wait toward the end of the business week to sell most of their dinars, as the CBI is more likely to change the rate toward the end of the week.

I believe that is ALL this article is about.
