As we are nearing the 1260 rate I've been wondering what might happen. With the many end arounds and statue of liberties thrown at us, I'm just wondering which direction the CBI and GoI will go. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Please no mud slinging :nono: :yak: :fryingpan and if it comes down to it just agree to disagree. :beer: :drinkbudd
Well, here's what I would LIKE to see happen...move that decimal pt. over 2 to the left....AHHH! THERE ya go! 1.260 : 1...hmmm. May or may not be the plan, but their budget (April 1st) was supposed to be set at that rate, so I have no clue.
i have it on great authority that after 1260......wait for it........1259 is next!!
My opinion . . . It will reach 1260 by the end of next week . . . & will hold there until the laws are completed . .
The KRG HCL team will probably be in Baghdad by Sat . May 12th . . . hopefully they can get the HCL issues resolved in a few days . . .
I think an agreement on the HCL will go a long way toward resolving the other matters . . .
