Talking Time frame for Iraq's Currency to Price and trade

I do not know why it has taken so long for the Iraq currency to peg and be able to be traded on the for ex exchange.

Whom ever is responsible for the pegging of the dinar they should do it so that there currency can be traded since they are such a wealthy oil country so there dinar can help make things better over there.
If there dinar had value , there would be less friction I feel....
what is your opinion we would like to know
    thanks

Well, I tend to believe that everyone who is "holding" would like Iraq to make this a done deal. Doesn't matter how many times that statement is made it will not speed up the process. It is not how intelligent or how ignorant the scale it sums up with....it will happen when they want it to happen. So til then we wait. It is coming

And that is my opinion. Thanks
