Talking At what value would you cash in?

I wanted to set up a poll to get a feel for what rate people would be willing to cash in the majority or all of there dinar. I'm making the categories kind of broad but it should work...

I'll start... For the amount I have I would want at least 1:1, of course if the if it only goes to $ .10 or $ .30 and stayed at that rate for a very long time(over a year) i may reconsider.

I agree. But I am in for the Long Haul. Again But, let it get to .30 to .50 and it will be hard not to cash in enough to get out of debt. But only enough for that. Just have to wait and see.

I'll probably cash in a mil early. I don't really need the money. I would just like to know I can tell the boss to F.O. if I want to

I'm with you on this one.

Cash in 1 million at 0.49 to get rid of debt, then save the rest until it goes higher.

Everyone needs to calibrate their holdings with what they believe will be the eventual value. My magic number is between .05 and .10. However with the increasingly rapid good news starting to turn in Iraq I think they can reach the .27 mark much quicker than I originaly thought. Thus I may not cash the bulk at .05 to .10 just enough to quit my job. Hold the rest for one year past that point. Keep time frames in mind as well. In 2010 they are slated to combine currencies with the other GCC states and that value will probably not move a whole lot from where it starts. That's a 3 to 4 year window that everyone should keep in the back of their minds.

    Thumbs up Hummmmm!!!!!!!

I think we will take it a year at a time. Fig what our bills and payments are for a full year plus add some for misc expenses, traveling etc and lets not forget the taxes also. Then cash in enough for that year. This way we reduce or limit our dollar exposure. I dont get why you would payoff debt with a currency that has the potential of the dinar!!!! Its all about the "Fiat" Baby!!! Make money work for you, DONT work for money !!!!!

I won't cash in anything till it reaches at least .50 and then, only enough to pay off bills and to become my own boss.

I'll sit on the rest for a couple of years to say.......$3.22

I like your thinking. I have 300 K set aside for an initial payoff, then will play it by ear from then on. This is an investment that I'm hoping will set me up for life, and my children, too. I want to plan to not be stupid.
