Are you referring to logging onto this forum or to your Warka Bank Account?
And do you mean you are unable to log in?
i just received my warka mastercard debit card. they sent me my pin # along with the card. so it comes already activated. i immediately rushed to an atm machine at the local liquor store. it is on the STAR system. i inserted the card and entered the PIN #. the prompt asked me if i wanted to know my balance. i said yes. IT GAVE ME THE BALANCE IN USD!!!!! so it converted what was in my dinar acct to dollars. i withdrew $20.
next i ran to my grocery store. when i tried to pay with the debit card-the prompt said-card not recognized. the checker said to try to use it as a CHARGE card. i did this AND IT WORKED!!

My online login has expired for my Warka account. So, I emailed Mr. I with a signed letter attached authorizing him to withdraw 15,000 IQD to renew my subscription. I've made 3 separate attempts to get some kind of response, but I haven't heard back from him. I also sent the same email to a number of other departments within Warka -- all with no response. It's been almost two months and several emails, and I still don't have access to my account. My next step would be to phone them directly -- can you suggest something else I can do?

Sorry, I have been away this last week.
I would suggest you try sending an email from a different email address to the one you are currently using. Sometimes, emails have been kicked back or gone to there spam folder.
Also, have you tried sending an email to these addresses:

Thanks for your reply. I did receive an email - finally - from Mr. I saying that the client must email the appropriate department within Warka during the M-F business week, otherwise, their email will get null & voided and/or deleted -- strange IMO. In any case, he assured me that my online access had been renewed, however I still cannot login to my account. I don't know if they're just super slow to respond to emails, or what, but I have emailed the e-bank address you listed at least twice with no results. This is very frustrating to say the least. All I can do is wait, then wait some more while sending polite emails asking "Wassup?" I'll chime in later with the results of my quest.

Well I'm back....
I finally got logged in today. I emailed several specific departments within Warka asking for help at least 3 times in the past 30 days and Mr. I was the only one to respond to any of my emails. Their e-banking customer service has been non-existent. Too bad for them, really -- you get back what you give.

I need a help here i tried to contact the bank severl time but no answers by email or by phone any one can help me to do that
i'm hearing some bad things about Warka....hope for those who have funds in there that it is not true.....
