I agree with many of the posts in this string. Here are also my suggestions.
1. 100% Transparency. This means public access to proof of documentation such as licenses, articles of incorporation, what the money is being used for, where the money is being invested, income/investment statements etc. This is especially important for sceptical investors like me. Also, the program needs to publish contact information of key individuals such as managers, lawyer(s), accountant(s) etc. Alternatively, you could have one person in charge of answering these kind of questions (Director of Communications / Investor Relations) and providing such documentation or contacts if requested.
