After you login go to your account summary page ,you click on the withdrawal button(on your left)and you open this page:

Please follow the 3 steps below to make a withdrawal of funds into your e-currency account.

We would like to remind you that you can withdraw the funds in your Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-gold and/or e-bullion) at any time. The funds you have in your Account Principal (including additional deposits, both from your Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-gold/e-bullion) as well as from your e-gold and e-bullion accounts, and compounded interest payments) are NOT available for withdrawal during 150 business days from the date of the initial deposit into your account. Refer to our FAQ/HELP page for more info.

Please also note that you can at any time add the funds you have in your Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-gold and/or e-bullion) to your Account Principal by making a Deposit from your Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-gold and/or e-bullion).
