I wanted to let you know about an actual investment I am doing in the Caribbean from which you can benefit. It is a construction project on the island of Roatan, Honduras called Colibri Villas condos. Property has been purchased, all design work done and buiilding permit is approved. Construction has started and the condos are expected to be completed by fall 2008. A small project of 6 condos, Colibri Villas is being built as a beautiful project with all the amenities anyone would want.

Prices for buyers start at $189,000 US (pre-construction prices, Jan 2007, with significant discount and incentives for the first buyer (and $3,000 finders fee for the person who sends them to me!!)

Selling the condos is the way the project profits will be generated. We are heavily promoting. Tell me something! WHO WOULD NOT WANT A CONDO ON A CARIBBEAN ISLAND? We have a year round warm climate with beautiful white-sand beaches, hillside ocean views, a relaxed environment away from the hassles of daily living - the perfect spot to get away to!

Perfect for retirement, semi-retirement, vacationing in a second home or for investment (rental income).

What is in it for you? Buy a condo and you will get one of the best deals still available in the Caribbean, not to mention a likely $50,000 appreciation within the first year due to initial low starting price. Send me someone who makes a loan to the project you will get 5% of what the person loaned as a finder's fee.

If you loan funds to the project yourself your funds will be utilized in construction. At the end of the project (or when the condos are sold) you will receive a variable interest payment on your loan. This is done on a best-efforts basis and interest payments depend on the degree of success of the project. By all calculations done so far we are aiming for a 50%-75% interest payment for this project.

First payouts will be in fall 08. Your loan principal is automatically re-invested by us into our next project if not specifially requested. We will do several more projects after the initial one (all of which you will get paid on) so getting in now would be a good time.

Minimum loan to the project is $1,000, maximum $150,000 or anything in between. It can be made in several installments if you wish by Paypal. Otherwise funds are simply bank wired. E-currencies are accepted in some cases but are not perferred.
