Here is another credible reference as pronounced / quoted by another major Realty Corporate in the USA assisting their North American Clients for the Asian Region.

2. The Singapore residential market is hot and many speculators are buying and flipping properties within several months and making big money. However at this stage of speculation in Singapore risk are high for any individual. Group pooling has recently shown a safer option and is steadily on the increase. If you are willing to take the risks, what is your budget to invest? As a guide, luxury residential is between US$2,000 to US$3,000 per sq ft so for 2000 sq ft apartment, so be prepared for quantum of US$4 million to US$6 million.

We know our markets and move much faster from within as we have more "feeler Agents" on our side to swiftly wrap up a good spot and deal than foreign corporations who are incidentally, only able to focus the larger slices that deals with major companies catering bigger investments as opposed to what we can offer like them but more realistically to smaller Investors on a more affordable amount but the "flipping" remains the same, just as quick with switch-overs and profits netted as the bigger players... we can package your collective amounts in their thousands from each individual but the larger Brokers expect a minimum of a few million per Investor as benchmark....
YOU as I know, DO NOT HAVE that kind of money to spend but prove us wrong would be a welcome to help see you benefit with interesting profits on a regular flipping pace...:noserious
But if you have anything affordable as low as $250, although preferably, we would like to see an amount of at least $1K or $3K to $5K or even between $10K to $25K per person, this would narrow down the size of the Group participating as individuals coming in together and the waiting time to decide on the next available property to buy up!!!
The costs in wrapping up as well is swifter than to legitimized some 30 to 80 collective Investors for just one single Pool Investment per property or on several projects. For every person will have to be documented and legalized for their share of the Pool and this comes from Solicitor and a rather larger administrative hurdle for Fees to cover. This is a normal formality in legitimate businesses.
It does not work the way many were led to be swayed, and conned as well by the other DBR Pools(remember them???) whom many also lost to... that was a shambles from the very start and was doomed anyway with or without Pips surviving because the Pips scam just beat that other one (DBR) to it anyway...
