Together with Neno, Sistersister, Jimmymack, Vicky2003 and myself (YB), we have grouped together to form what is now called as:

Mission Statement
The Compassionate Aid Relief Extension Group (CARE Group) is a private Aid & Investment Group, formed to serve the Rolclub membership community by providing short-term aid loans to qualified members, who are financially challenged, for the purpose of investing in selected investment programs. It is our intention to assist these members with financial aid to create a positive cash flow culminating from the return on investment (ROI), thus providing the means to repay the loan to the CARE Group within 60 to 90 days, and creating investment income for the member. With the loan returned to the CARE Group, the loan contract is satisfied, the member’s financial position is strengthened, and the returned funds are now available to assist another financially challenged Rolclub member.
Setup Summary
The CARE Group is managed by 6 CARE Group Partners who are both qualified Rolclub members and Investors, committed to support the goals and mission of the CARE Group. Overviews of the functions within the CARE Group Partners are as follows:
• A 3-man panel of partners with Executive powers overriding on all decisions
• Liaise and co-ordination with Forum members on Relationship to creating accounts
• Management of CARE Group funding accounts
• Review and approval by consensus of applications submitted by qualified Rolclub members for the CARE Group Loan Program
• Management of CARE Group investment accounts
• Manage and distribution of investment dividends
CARE Group funds are generated by monetary contributions from Rolclub members that are invested in investment programs and futures. Rolclub members can participate in the goals and functions of
CARE Group in 4-way Route:
1. CARE Group Loan Applicant
2. Donor
3. Donor -Investor
4. Independent Investor
The CARE Group Loan applicant is a qualified member of the Rolclub investment community who is financially challenged where it is financially impossible to participate in the selected investment programs, and desires a better financial situation by becoming an investor. A qualified Rolclub member has to meet these criteria before consideration for application:
1. Registered as a Rolclub member for minimum 3 months.
2. Logged a minimum of 25 full posts anywhere in the Rolclub forum.
3. Financially unable to raise $100 investment principle for selected investment programs
An application may be requested by contacting CARE Group via email: [email protected]. Applications are reviewed by the CARE Group Partners, and loan decisions are based upon the applicants need and amount of funding available at the time of application.
A Rolclub Donor is a registered Rolclub member who wishes to financially support the goals and mission of the CARE Group without any personal financial reward. Any amount may be donated to the CARE Group starting at $1.00. A Donor will submit information by contacting CARE Group via email: [email protected]
A Rolclub Donor-Investor is a registered Rolclub member who wishes to financially support the goals and mission of the CARE Group, and earn periodic percentage of their share of contribution in the form of dividends from the ROI on total investments of the CARE Group. Investment-Donor deposits are accepted ranging from $25.00 to $1,000.00. At this time, amounts over $1,000.00 are to be considered for Donation only. A Rolclub Independent Investor is a registered Rolclub member who primarily base one’s intention as only to invest, with an aim to support the successful existence of the CARE Group with a financial involvement with either the futures or with any other HYIP programs and to assist only as far as investing and receiving dividends. An Independent Investor will submit information by contacting CARE Group via email: [email protected]
Any Rolclub member initially wishing to participate as either a Donor or as a Donor-Investor or as an Independent Investor is advised to first contact CARE Group at [email protected] and discuss your investment intention prior to your transfer and deposit with the CARE Group E-Bullion account: C52427.
