No, Bryan Marsden told the picpay staff to cancel all merchant transactions for the period of May 16 - July 24th (or so), Picpay staff was in the process of refunding all of the funds back to individuals accounts when the investigation started and things got shut down in early August 2005. But as soon as that decision was made, all funds were swept from our account. As for orders placed after July 24th or so, we do not know what was to happen to them, there was very little communication between Picpay and the merchants as to what was to happen with the orders/the funds etc, and no communication between us and Bryan Marsden. When we tried to get more information about all this, the Picpay managers, Bryan Marsden and Gary Nichols would not take our calls/emails, so we never got information from the source.Quote:
