Also, if it should come down the line that we US members could not participate, we could always donate a little to help victims of disasters, which is not purchasing, getting revenues or being an affilliate. Just helping disaster victims. I would love to see some lawyers fall flat on their face with trying to prosecute such generosity.:toofunny:
All Bryan needs to do is keep all receipts of furnished AID to victims of any disaster, to show to legal proponents as proof of the purpose of the Lotto. If the sums spent are a large percentage of profits(income after expenditures like member payouts, overhead, ect..), it will have a stronger defense for the Lotto function, as in opposition to a Lotto that merely rakes in the profits.
