I read somewhere that Wachovia bank froze Uniclear's account.
Is that something to worry about with regards to the use of Uniclear?
Just asking.

I too am having the same problem. I'd like to sign up but I can complete the form. Any advice or something would be helpful.
I am thinking maybe there's a daily time frame for signups.

I have tried to sign up, but after entering the information there is no send button.??????
The web page was working earlier. It seems like uniclear is having problems with their web page. You can't even go to a different tab.

Hi Bryan,
I tried also to join uniclear and I could not get past the bottom where it asks for the government ID. There is NO submit button to go further... :help:
Please let us know where to go from here so we can join ASAP :leader:
Thanks,
Frostyfrog
I tend to agree with "cruithne". I really hate giving out my SSN over the web..Quote:

Bryan - I'm all for you and PIP's, but even PIP's didn't require us to give our SSN. Please understand that if that gets out, some real damage could be done to 1000's of people here in the states.
I trust Bryan, so anyone else want to comment, or say something that'll make me (us) feel better about this..
Thanks & Happy New Year to All,
Doug
When the web site gets fixed you can sign up with your driver license number. Of course some states have the ss# as the driver license #.
Al
perhaps they can handle only so many sign-ups in one day... ?
do you suppose they knew that Bryan was sending all of us their way?
yikes... they're probably out having a cold one, after a long day of 'pipster sign-up' pandamonium :drinkbudd

My sign-up link is no longer working. The regular UniClear site is ok as in
http://www.UniClear.com
But not the ones we signed up for this morning....
I can still log into my account by going to the generic link, tho.
Lightrayspips,
I had the same problem, so I clicked on "Contact Us".
Roll the page down, you will see at the end ofthe page: "Open a UniClear account now
I clicked it, and signed up . Good luck.
Minet.
I sign up just fine. You need to follow instructions and is very easy.Quote:

Seems to be working fine now.
Using other Web browsers other than Internet Explorer can cause problems
when signing up to UniClear.
Think the signup page problem may have been caused due to a rush. More than 300+ signups at Uniclear already.
For those asking about payment options for the lotto, Uniclear is just one. E-bullion is already up and others plus credit cards are in process. You can also fund UniClear with Egold.
Bryan
Hi there,
Cant fund " temporarily " via credit card?
Any one else?
All signed up, Bryan. Ready to go !Quote:

thanks
I bought gold through an exchanger and there are plenty to choose from.
Here in Canada I have found GoldPouch to be very satisfying. They are very fast. (Shortest wait I have had so far is 3 hours.)That is via E-Mail transfer from my bank.
E-Gold site provides a list of exchangers and their fees.
I have E-Gold and E-Bullion accounts.
I signed up for Uniclear earlier today, and aside from E-Gold to fund account, as well as choices already mentioned, PayPal is an option as well, although that would be the longest route to take as per time for funds reaching your Uniclear account.
Am I ready to play? You bet! (Pardon the pun!)
Debbie
thanks youQuote:

Hi Pipsters,
Seems like BM is using uniclear. Heard they have some problems with accounts. Any one using uniclear can vouch for them?

Have been with Uniclear since early August 2005 and haven't had a single problem with them.
I also store e-gold with them and cash out through them as well.
Opening an account is FREE and with a $100 in deposit, you can buy an ATM card for $10. ATM card is useable worldwide with any banking institutition that carries the Cirrus logo (MasterCard).
:woohoo: :woohoo:
clueless..... but there's been some discussion in Pips Program / the 'Lotto questions' thread
I joined this payment processor already. Still waiting for P**s and Lotto.
Anyway, how much is one ticket?

I am already a member of Uniclear, and have had no problems with them. My debit card was delivered to my letterbox here in Australia within 5 days of ordering it. Transfers and payments have been made promptly.
Just one thing to note. Uniclear have changed their customer identification requirements.
If you wish to exchange or move more than $500 per month then you will have to supply Uniclear with personal documentation similar to IntGold.
I submitted a PDF file with my details and my identification level was adjusted in less than 24 hours.
Thanks to those who replied to the uniclear qustion.
Good investing to you all

Question,
With Ebullion, I tried to make deposit and it came back as no account found, so is it ecurrency or gold account option you use, just trying to figure out why account was confirmed, but could not be found?
Good luck to all, Mike
You should contact ebullion to make sure your account registration went through ok.
Bryan
Thanks Bryan,Quote:

That is why I am asking if it should have been deposited in gold instead of ecurrency first?
Good luck to all, Mike
All signed up and just waiting on the switch to be flipped
