Not everyone has an advanced understanding of how a matrix even works, and could be misinformed as to how many truly benefit.
I wouldn't lay blame on Bryan. Matrices were discussed at length a few months ago; all you have to do is reread the older posts. Bryan has made the matrix wider and shallower so I don't know what that does to his commission matrix. I hope that he takes some of the "reversing" matrix ideas on that were discussed before. That would be a motivator to keep people involved provided it could be manageable and fair.

Besides matrix joint, we must not forget that buying tickets regulary you also have a chance to win prize as I did in first lotto. I did no play much but, I did hit 4 of 6 numbers and was $1300.

With HA Lotto is more than one way to earn income. So what if you do not hit $10K per month, even some less amount would be nice for many people.

People spend presently in different fallen Hyip and loosing, but with HA Lotto you got much better chance to earn good money. It is everybody effort. Some will work harder and some less, and still is spillover, and when this hit open market it will open wide.

It is choice, you can be part of matrix or just buyer on own terms, you still have good chance of earning.

    My 2 cents of tought

I am not sure who said it but in one of the posts it mentions illegal in the US?? Could you explain that a little better. I thought it was being presented that all could play.

    Thanks!

The answer is, "It depends..." It depends on your (or your lawyer's) interpretation of the U.S. and or your state's gambling statutes. My interpretation of them (and I am not a lawyer so you should judge for yourself) is that the affiliate program, as it has been described by Bryan and HALotto's Terms and Conditions, is NOT illegal for a resident of the U.S. or my particular state. That is not to say that they (U.S. and/or a state gov.) couldn't move against someone. We all know that the authorities only need to suspect wrongdoing to shut something down and/or press charges or investigate.

I base my interpretation on my understanding that each affiliate is only "advertising" HALotto. In return for advertising it, we get paid commissions on the sales that our advertising creates. I believe this is the correct interpretation because the affiiliates never handle any of the money; we only link people to the "home" HALotto sales engine.

In the end it comes down to your own comfort level with your and/or your lawyer's interpretation.

There was a long extended string on the legal question months back the last time we were being primed for launch, and to make it shore and sweet, the lotto issue is legal as long as you don't have a paper ticket, but the regulations are grey, as usual, so some will read into it what they want, and this makes issue confusing. There is no legal precedent set on issue, and until there is, it is legal.

Interesting enough, with gambling the number one internet revenue generator, the gov. is always trying to get their piece, so they have put the pressure on credit card companies to not allow any direct deposits, even debit cards are blocked, and now I hear a new bill is being introduced to ban it, so I expect it will include lotto, and anthing else involving offshore entities, so it will be interesting to see if this bill passes. One thing for sure, the US casinos are behind it and lined the pockets of their favorite politicians to make sure it passes. LOL

    Good luck to all, Mike

Exactly Mike, so let's get to the reason behind the legalities beyond
    the term "paper"!
That is where the real risk lies!
That said, I for one will not partake of this risk.
All it takes is slight suspicion on the part of our Government........

    I have very good option.

If I start earning good income from different sources, why I need to stay in US, or in other hand I could have dual residency. Think about it, it is so many options that you could legally earn and live were ever you want.

When I come to point that large amount money is ready to come to me I will have my plan ready for confortable living without any fear of anybody.

I did my research and I made my plans even before Pips stop of activity.

Bottom line is do everything legally, than you need not to worry about anything.

Well for one thing you have no legal opinion upon which to rely and your own understanding of the law will not save you; secondly if you leave the USA you are still liable for taxes upon any income that you receive according to Title 26 of the United States Code and if you need me to elaborate further I will. Orwellian? Absolutely. Does the US GOV'T destroy lives daily? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Your call,

    Thumbs up HALotto...Forced Matrix...hmmmm

Just had to through in my 2(sorry)1&1/2 cents worth.
Every time Bryan mentions the lotto and the matric all of the nitpickin starts.
But I've been in multilevel marketing for a long time, and I can say that their are millions of people that will jump at the chance to join the HA Lotto because of the matrice. I also predict it will grow faster than Pips ever did and will bless more people. I was in a simular program that grew to over 300,000 members the first year. their are groups that have tens of thousands of people that will gladly bring their people in for a powerful matric strucure like HA Lotto.
In multilevel we look at 6 month, one year or two years down the road and I can see that Bryan has an awsome visions and plan for this business.
Its good to have a base to jump start any program such as some of these fourm groups but if we drop the ball in the begining we will just be the late commers because this lotto will catch on like a greese fire..
Also you want need but a few people in your matric to pay for 6 tickets and have a profit not $10,000 worth and a ful matric. Their are a many people (my self included) that would be happy making 200 to 500 plus dollars per month but if we make 10,000 words could not express our thanks and gratitude. Don't want to go over my 2 cents worth but this is my opinion.
    Waiting for the test site.
