And MEF have contest for thread starter at that section, just PM admin your debate topic.

The rule :
* Contestant must have post at least 25+
* PM admin the title of the debate and the debate details
* You'll be paid, if your debate published and your name will be written as a Thread Starter.
* Only debate's topic that created by admin will be paid
