Below are some of the questions we get asked most regularly:

1. Do the friends I refer have to complete an offer too?
Yes, once a referral signs up under your link they will appear on your status page as not complete. Once they have completed their offer this will turn green and show complete.

2. I've just completed an offer, and it's still showing as not completed. What's happened?
Some of the programs take longer to come through than others. Please allow 14 days before raising a support ticket. Similarly your status may show as pending as some of the advertisers have to manually approve sales.

3. How does this work? How can you afford to send me a gift if I am not giving you any money?
It is affiliate marketing. We get paid for getting people to sign up to offers, and pass that money on to you in the form of gifts.

4. I am unable to complete one of your offers, can i still qualify for my gift?
Yes, you need to get 3 of your friends to complete an offer. Once you have done that raise a support ticket and we will remove the referrals in lieu of an offer credit.

5. Can i complete the site more than once?
Yes you can! Once you have received your gift, we will remove the required number of referrals and you can start all over again.
