I have not found any that in the capacity you are wanting. However for a number of years I have been working with a company who give you points for reading email and then you can use the points to get gift cards for food, clothing, etc. I have been doing this for a number of years and have always gotten the points and the cards to use. if you are interested in something like this PM me and I will send you link to join.
I think the most stable get paid to read email site is donkeymail and no-min , there are with the same owners and the admin is really honest, I got paid from them for several times,but you could not earn a lot of money from the two site.
and X-E is also a paid site but the min payout is really high .
