Was just about to say the same thing.
I guess these guys collects your paypal addresses and sell them to companies that buys working emails, and then spam you with advertising.
Or, they collect your paypal address, and send you spoofing/fake loginpages from "payPal".
Watch out!

Diino pays these guys for getting new members to join. I renember that some site even paid something like a dollar for joining to Diino. I believe that it was Gptreasure or Intoffers.. I haven't tried this offer, but I have done it on another site.
