Thread: Folks!!!!! I Need Help!!!

I've been away for awhile.... WHAT HAPPEN YESTERDAY??????? I don't understand Marek's post (I'm slow) & Bryan's response. Is Bryan saying b/c he started another program with a different identity he's at risk of losing that program (10x5) and as a direct result PIPs won't come back?????? Can someone explain it to me in laymans terms. PLease!! I would like to update my family & friends w/ something creditable that they (and me) can understand. Where did all of that 2% money go?? I'm not talking about the R.O.I or R.O.L. I'm talking about the millions fronted to Bryan by his investors.

Bryan seemed quite angry in his post. What I don't understand is how can a man in god Conscience leave us hanging when we fronted him so much money. I just want my money back. Can someone please take the time to break it down in simple terms for me & others. Thanks in advance.

Okay, I'll try to do it:

1) Somehow Marek found out that both Bryan Marsden and "Barry James", the CEO of 10by5 Cycler, were posting from the same ISP. A search revealed that this ISP was leading to Kuala Lumpur although "Barry James" claimed he was living in Singapore. Marek also found out that somebody had been posting at Talkgold from the same ISP, using 3 different usernames there. At least 2 more programs are linked to these names.

2) Marek asked "Barry James" for an explanation, but BJ reacted in a very unfriendly way and denied anything of this was true.

3) After Marek had given BM/BJ 48 hours to come out clean and he did not react at all, Marek posted the info here, as he felt that forum members had the right to know the truth.

4) BM reacted with the post that you've mentioned. He admitted that Bryan Marsden and "Barry James" are the same person, but he could not see anything wrong in what he was doing. Instead of blaming himself he blames Marek. In his opinion his humanitarian activities and the fact that every program he tried to bring out under his own name had been brought down by the trolls justify it all. So he accused Marek of risking the success of the 10by5 Cycler, and said that if that program would fail again, he would quit everything and not bring PIPS back to life after the end of the investigation, and that would be Marek's fault only.... He also announced that he would never visit this forum again.

5) Marek replied to this with the excellent post that you know.

Whats more, no refunds on HA or even an update on the HA situation.

Well, I am disappointed to say the least in our Mr BM regarding all of this deceit!

There is something pathologically wrong with him. Claiming to be some great humanitarian, but doing NOTHING about (or for) his PIPs members who are in the same if not worse conditions as those he claims to be helping. My thoughts and opinions have severely deteriorated towards our 'beloved' BM!

I know he will never see this. I pray he gets some help!

It is frightening how he can so easily blame others for his BS! To attempt to put any of this on Marek is foolish, rediculous and completly unfounded. It appears that BM has completly lost his mind!!

He is taking us for a ride. He claims he is helping the poor. I don't think so.He is creating poverty instead. Leaving people in the cold .This why I don't think
BM is an honest person. I will be careful with anything he is doing now.Look.HA LoTTo,pips and under false name and he still has the gutts to blame others. He is sick,dangerous and will never learn from his mistakes until he is in prison. I don't care what he thinks,I am not bowing to his treats.All the "corn" CEO's use that tactics,eventually they disappear.A*s H*le.

When you draw such conclusions, please consider:
- BNM is still investigating pips, so no definitive outcome yet about what happened with the money you invested in pips;
- Bryan's silence towards the people who put money in halotto does not mean he had no plans anymore to try and rectify this later (but i understand it's a reasonable assumption);
- 10by5 cycler afaik has not proven yet to be a scam.

One thing is sure: Bryan lied about who he was behind 10by5 and if TG's information is correct, he may even have been setting up yet another program.
I don't understand why Bryan behaved like this, either... and understand all this is upsetting. But quite a number of conclusions remain premature... Still and again, I consider waiting for the results of the investigation(s) a wiser and more faire attitude. It just requires patience, of course.
