Money is safe with AlertPay however: our chargeback prevention does not
include claims of fraud a client makes with regards to their bank or credit
card company. If a client claims to their bank or credit card company that
funds added to their AlertPay account were done so without their
authorization, we have no choice but to reverse the transaction from the
merhcant whom received these funds. This claim is quite serious. AlertPay
will investigate all these claims as filing a false claim with ones bank or
credit card company is a serious offence.
