    foxella,

sorry, but to be absolutely clear: you are speaking of sending a bank wire, I assume?

    1. What is their website address or their sending address and swift code for transmission?
    2. What is their transmission charge for funding e-gold account?

This is important to make sure the funds needed in or from e-gold are enough after deductions.

Thank you and God bless you,

    peterben

    Hi Peterban

Yes i'm talking about sending a bank wire to icegold.com

Everything you need is there. You fill in the online form and print it out and then take it, or phone (as I do) your bank and give them the details they need. Your bank will charge you for this, and their fees vary.

Icegolds charges depend on how much you exchange I suppose, i've never really bothered to look but you can calculate exactly how much money you need to send including their charges, to get the exact amount of e-gold you need.

There are other methods but this is the only one I use. Remember the price of gold fluctuates so when your funds hit your account, if the price drops, you may not have the exact amount you wanted. I always add $20 or so extra to account for this fact.

I've also used icegold when I funded my e-gold account last week. I filled out their online form on Wednesday afternoon and made my payment to them via online-banking that same day. The e-gold was on my account on Friday by noon. Very good service indeed!

    Love, Antje

I fund my e-gold account via www.e-forexgold.com, never had a problem with them.
Last time it took from Tuesday to Thursday to receive e-gold into my account. They're great for Aussies as we can make deposits at the post office with their free deposit card or pay via BPay. I do not know what country you live in , they have local accounts in many countries, check it out.
