So as many of us know a Virginia judge has ruled that a particular section of the Healthcare Reform Bill appears to be unconstitutional. He states that "An individual's personal decision to purchase -- or decline purchase -- (of) health insurance from a private provider is beyond the historical reach of the U.S. Constitution," do you agree with Hudson's ruling? How do you think it will affect the healthcare bill to come?
