Thread: Wanted Legitimate Investment for New member with Cash to Invest

I’m brand new to this forum and have read 99% of the investment programs. Then I went to their websites for more info so I could do my due diligence on the company and the investment. They want me to hand over money (this forum included) in their investments. That is great, they promise just about everything.

I’m not new to investing, some things are always the same. To offer an investment you must be a corporation licensed by the US Government (SEC) and by the State you are operating in or if a foreign offering you must be licensed in the country that you claim to operate in.

In all the investments that are listed here, I cannot find one that is licensed anywhere, no complete, on file corporate information, nothing. Just give us money and we will promise you great returns.

Can anyone here in this form or this forum itself, provide me with the actual license of their investments that they offer, their company info and office locations. That should not be to hard to do, since all investment companies and investments that are offered have to be licensed no matter where they are from.

Please don’t list self promoted press releases, or unlicensed payment processors, or shell pink sheet non-reporting companies. I don’t need website address of alleged government agencies (I found three already, that are fraudulent) And please no MLM scams that do not have a product and you only make money recruiting people who pay to join. Just give me one that is licensed, is incorporated and has an actual office and finally that their investment securities are on file. Pretty simple, just the basics of any investment.

Just provide the name of the company, where it is incorporated, the license number of the actual security or filing number. The principals involved or corporate officers. I can do the rest.

I am just looking for one; none that I have looked at are licensed or approved securities. Anyone have one that can be verified? I like the idea of this forum to big investors together and advertise legit investments.

Thanks for your help and I look forward to doing due diligence on the companies you provide. I will be reporting my finds here and providing the actual name and contact number to include response from the Government Agency (SEC) and state or Foreign Government Agency that verifies the information.

Once I can find one this should be a good way to find real, legitimate investment opportunities. I look forward to hearing from all the legit investments companies.

I want to thank the person or persons who recommended the Rolclub Investment Pool. No corporate or investment information was sent with it though so I will need to do my own background due diligence on the Rolclub Investment pool.

I read where they are not part of the actual investment but only a pool of investors. Their info says that if you invest X amount you will get 3% but if you invest XX amount you will get 6%. When I say X amount I mean the number of investors and the amount invested. That is interesting, I would like to see the investment prospectus if anyone has it.

Also If anyone knows the State of Registration of the Rolclub Investment Pool that would be great. I can then lookup their State & Federal Investment Pool Licensing. If it is an offshore pool I just need to know the country it is licensed in.

Since all Investment Pools are licensed this will he me do my Due diligence on the Pool itself before I invest in the actual investment.

If it is licensed in the US it would not be a investment pool actually it would be a mutual fund or an investment partnership of some type; investment pools are illegal as we all know. If it is an investment club then it will of course be issued a tax cert for it, I just need the number or the name of the investment club to verify it is licensed.

If it is a foreign or offshore investment pool then US citizens cannot participate in it if any money is collected or paid out within the US. Federal Statutes & law cover that pretty well.

Please don’t send me any of the bogus offshore IBC stuff, it’s illegal and just used to scam people.

Again thanks to the person or person who contacted me and told me to look at the Rolclub investment pool, I will get started on it tomorrow by contacting the SEC and IRS for a copy of their filings. It is good that I can refer to this website and their offering in case anyone needs to see which one I am speaking of.

Gosh Due Diligence you can do the due diligence for me (wink) Seriously, I don't honestly think that you can be sure of anything on the net. In the past I have done reasonable dd but the sites have still disappeared.

These days I take the easy way out and go by what I can find out on the forums especially ROLCLUB.

However, if anyone can suggest an absolutely safe investment with a return of say 10% a day (wink, wink) I would love to hear about it.

I believe if what you are talking about was on one of these sites then we would also being paying taxes on it which we do not, assuming you live in the US.
